AARC is seeking a site and conference coordinator for the 2024 AARC Annual Conference hosted in September 2024.

Proposals should include:

1. Site Coordinator name and contact information
2. City Location
3. Rationale for site location
4. Hotel Options

   1. Pricing and capacity for guest rooms (minimum block requirements)

• Pricing for food and beverage minimums
• Transportation options (e.g., major airports, transportation from airport to site)
• Restaurant locations near site; fun or unique ideas for a reception
• Counselor Education programs in proximity or other counseling organizations that would attend
• Any additional attachments or resources related to the conference location or site coordinator

The deadline to submit proposals has been extended to March 1, 2023.
