Deadline Extended – 2027 AARC Annual Conference Site Proposals

AARC is seeking a site and conference coordinator for the 2027 AARC Annual Conference hosted in September 2027.

Proposals should include:

1. Site Coordinator name and contact information
2. City Location
3. Rationale for site location
4. Hotel Options
   1. Pricing and capacity for guest rooms (minimum block requirements)

   1. Pricing and capacity for session rooms (Thursday PM board meeting room; Friday and Saturday six session rooms (one larger for roundtables; Saturday ballroom for luncheon)

5. Pricing for food and beverage minimums
6. Transportation options (e.g., major airports, transportation from airport to site)
7. Restaurant locations near site; fun or unique ideas for a reception
8. Counselor Education programs in proximity or other counseling organizations that would attend
9. Any additional attachments or resources related to the conference location or site coordinator
